Welcome to Think Bridal. By using thinkbridal.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About us

Think Bridal is an online bridal brand. Every gown is made to order and shipped directly to you. You can reach us at info@thinkbridal.net or on WhatsApp +44 7739 711287.

2. Products

  • We describe and photograph our gowns as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Gowns are made to order, so small differences in hand-applied details such as lace placement are normal and are not considered defects.
  • If we ever make a mistake in a description or price, we will contact you before your order goes into production.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency you select on the site. Taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout (including card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where available).
  • Import duties and local taxes outside the country of dispatch are paid by the buyer (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Orders

  • After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For made-to-measure gowns, we will ask for your measurements and wedding date before production starts. A made-to-measure order is confirmed only once we have received all the required measurements.
  • Standard sizes: you can cancel or change your order free of charge within 24 hours. After that, your gown goes into production and the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Made-to-measure gowns: you can cancel or change your order free of charge until it is confirmed (that is, until we have received all the required measurements). Production starts only after confirmation, and from then on the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • We may decline an order, for example if a product is listed with an incorrect price. In that case you receive a full refund.

5. Production and delivery

Production takes about 12 weeks, plus delivery time. Full details, including rush options, are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Because every gown is made to order, gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or fit. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you notice any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Think Bridal or its partners and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
