Shipping policy
How long will my dress take?
Every gown is made to order, so the total time is production + delivery:
- Production: about 12 weeks from the day we receive your order and, for made-to-measure gowns, your measurements.
- Free standard tracked delivery: about 1–3 weeks to Europe and the UK, and about 2–4 weeks to the USA and other countries.
We recommend ordering at least 4–5 months before your wedding, so you have time for a fitting with a local seamstress.
Need it sooner?
Rush production is available on request, subject to confirmation before you order:
- Wedding in 6–8 weeks: +10% of the dress price
- Wedding in less than 6 weeks: +15% of the dress price
Express delivery with DHL (about 1–6 business days, depending on the destination) is also available for an extra charge. Message us with your country and wedding date and we will send you an exact quote.
Tracking
When your gown ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. These charges are set by customs and paid by the buyer. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@thinkbridal.net.
Delays and lost parcels
Carriers and customs can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. If tracking stops updating or your parcel seems lost, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.
