At Think Bridal, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made bridal gowns and accessories. As many of our products are tailored specifically to our customers' preferences, please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase:

 1. Non-Returnable Items


- **Custom and Made-to-Order Dresses**: All custom-made and made-to-order wedding dresses, including those tailored to your specific measurements, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- **Accessories, Veils, and Personalized Items**: Accessories, veils, and any other personalized or custom-embroidered items are non-returnable.

 2. Eligibility for Returns


- **Damaged or Defective Items**: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within [3] days of receiving your item with clear photographs of the damage or imperfections. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
- **Quality Check**: All dresses undergo thorough quality checks before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. In the event of damage during shipping, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 **3. Return Process**
- **Notification**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  info@thinkbridal.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
- **Return Shipping**: If the item is eligible for return (damaged or defective), we will provide you with a return label. Return shipping costs are covered by us in these cases.
- **Packaging**: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during the return process.

**4. Refunds**
- **Eligibility**: Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns (damaged or defective items). Custom and made-to-order items, as well as accessories, are not refundable.
- **Processing Time**: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 **5. Exchanges**
- **Defective Items**: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we can offer an exchange for the same product or a similar item, based on availability.
- **Non-Defective Returns**: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

 **6.Customer Responsibility**
- **Inspect Upon Delivery**: Please inspect your item upon delivery. Any issues related to the product, including visible damage or imperfections, should be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the item.
- **Alterations**: If you have made any alterations to the dress or accessories, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

**7. Shipping Damage

  • Not Responsible for Shipment Damage: We take great care in packaging and shipping your dress to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If your item is damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) as soon as possible. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and keeping all packaging materials for the claim process.
